Terms and Conditions of Webinars and online courses

The Webinars and online courses are conducted by My Webinars Ltd through our website and platform at www.mywebinars.co.uk.
The Webinars and online courses are provided to users under the condition that the user will accept the terms, conditions and disclosures contained therein.

User Access

The purchase of webinar attendance is for the use of the purchaser only and registration information including PIN should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so you may risk your own access, as webinar entry is by registration only.
Notes, slides, documents and other materials are for use of the purchaser only and should not be forwarded to third parties.
In connection with the operation of the webinar we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you when you register for the use of the service. The personal information that you provide us will not be shared or passed on to third parties. We do not have partners or vendors and audio , web-conferencing and software are provided by our company, for the sole purpose of enabling us to operate and deliver the webinar service.
The personal information records and data collected are exclusively used for communication and improvement of our services and is stored in our operating software enviroment that employs reasonable security measures and are not available to the general public.

Technical Requirements

Web-event partcipation will require you to configure your software settings and use a browser that supports and updates  the latest Adobe Flash Player version.
2GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or equivalent  for Microsoft® Windows® XP or Windows 7 – 2GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent for Windows Vista® Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (32-bit / 64-bit versions operating with 32-bit browsers) 512MB RAM (1GB recommended) for Windows XP or Windows 7; 1GB of RAM (2GB recommended) for Windows Vista Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9 (32 bit only) Mozilla Firefox version 3 or latest, Google Chrome Adobe® Flash® Player 11.3. It is necessary for your webinar participation to use a browser that supports Flash Adobe Player. It is your responsibility to ensure that our technology is compatible with our systems. My Webinars Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatability as above. Due to it’s inherent nature participants must acknowledge that access to our website may be interrupted due to telecommunications failures which are beyond the control of My Webinars Ltd and/or downtime for repairs, maintenance and upgrading.

In no event shall My Webinars Ltd  be liable for any damages resulting, arising from or in connection with the use of these materials, lectures or discussions.
In no event shall our site be liable to anyone for any direct or indirect , incidental , consequential or other damages of any type or kind (including loss of profit, loss of earnings or revenue, loss or corruption of data, loss of time or any other economic advantage) arising or connected to this site, products or services.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancelations must be done in writing (e-mail to mywebinarsmail@gmail.com). Webinar registrations must be cancelled at least 2 days prior to webinar date. My Webinars Ltd reserves the right to cancel, any event. Should this occur a full refund will be offered.
